DFW SuperGeek is a primarily service based business specializing in on-site and remote support and repair of all types of computer and network equipment. Started as a side business just under a year ago, the founder's approach to customer care has allowed this "side business" to expand into a full time job, currently employing 6 on-call technicians skilled in all aspects of computer repair and maintenance. 

Our business model is service, with some direct sales of computer equipment and accessories. 

Our competitive advantage is in our view toward customer care, both during and after the service call. There are many companies and individuals who repair computer equipment, but we make it a point to go the extra mile for the customer, keeping an open communication policy to help them when they have questions days or weeks after meeting them initially. This personal approach has been proven to lead to a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business, and as a direct result we have several loyal home and business customers who continue to use our service to this day.

The addition of memorable advertising, and the creation of a brand that grabs the customers attention will only multiply the amount of calls that we receive, and thus, new customers that we add to our list of contacts. 

The founder and lead SuperGeek, Keven Miles, started his career as a radio technician in the United States Air Force, where he received his initial exposure to computers, which, at the time ran on the Windows 3.x platform. Learning through self study and practice, he eventually became proficient not only in the construction and repair of desktop computers, but in the setup and maintenance of wireless home hetworks as well. Using the same "learn by doing" approach, he eventually became proficient in laptop repair, HTML, and virus/malware removal. 

Equally important, Mr. Miles has an extensive background in customer service, dealing directly with the public in different careers since 1994. 

We are currently seeking investments from one or more investors totalling $100,000 initially to produce and put into place television, radio and billboard advertising, and for the purpose of training new employees and for corporate setup fees, licenses, taxes, insurance, and other operating expenses for the first year.
